| Cancellation Policy |
| We ask that you call us at
least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your
appointment. Failure to not notify salon or stylist
will result in a $25 charge on your
next appointment. |

| Late Arrivals |
| If you are more than
15 minutes late without contacting us, your
appointment will be rescheduled. We firmly believe
in the value of your time and make a conscience
effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon.
If time is critical to your schedule on a particular
day, please make us aware of your schedule when
scheduling your appointment. |

| Missed Appointments |
| Clients who miss
appointments or who cancel with less than our 24
hour requirements must secure future appointments
with a credit card reservation. Exceptions may be
made for cancellations due to weather and illness.
In the event that you miss three consecutive
appointments without contacting the salon, you will
be unable to schedule future appointments. However,
you may be considered as a walk-in. |

| Confirmation Calls |
| As a courtesy, we try to
call and confirm your appointments a business day
prior to your appointment. However, if we are unable
to call or reach you, please understand that it is
your responsibility to remember your appointment
dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed
appointments and the cancellation fee. |

| Children Policy |
| As a courtesy to other salon
guests, and in our efforts to offer a relaxed and
professional atmosphere we ask that you are aware
that we do not allow children unless they are being
serviced. |

| Guarantee |
| Our services are
guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with any
service performed at the salon, please contact the
salon by phone at 919-484-0423. We will do our best
to satisfy you. In most cases, in salon evaluations
are necessary in order to determine appropriate
action. Chemical services will not be guaranteed
unless salon products are used for home hair care. |

| Walk-Ins |
| We welcome walk-in
customers, however if it is not convenient with our
schedule you may have a waiting period or need to
schedule an actual appointment. |

| Fees |
| All fees for
services rendered are expected upon completion of
services. We will be more than happy to discuss all
charges and fees. Considering that all services are
individually priced, please request a total price
prior to receiving services. If you should conclude
that you are unable to pay for all your services, we
will gladly reschedule your appointment. Please Note
– Credit for salon services is not an option,
including post dated checks. We accept all
major credit cards. Gratuities are not
permitted on credit cards. |

| Returns |
| Unopened merchandise may be
returned for a merchandise credit within 7days of
purchase. |
| |
| Gift Certificates |
| Gift certificates are
non-refundable and prices are only guaranteed within
6 months of purchase. |

| Cell Phones |
| Cell Phone conversations are
not permitted during services. Our salon
strives to create a relaxing experience that is all
about you- disrupting another guest’s experience is
not allowed. Please be respectful of others. Also,
it is impossible to color or cut hair with a cell
phone in the way! |

| Level System |
| All services are priced
according to the level of experience and education
of the selected stylist. Our level system
allows guests the opportunity to review factors of
experience, education and availability in order to
decide which stylist is right for you. It also
allows the stylists appropriate compensation for
their hard work, talent and offers an opportunity to
grow professionally. |

| Service Requirements |
| All clients must be
shampooed. |
| |
| Service Concerns |
Any concerns regarding a
recent service must be made within 48 hours. A
consultation will be booked with the same stylist to
express your concerns. Should you wish to use
another stylist; any pricing difference will be
charged.
